My New Friends is a Washington State Licensed In-Home Family Childcare. We provide care to children from Birth to 12 years of age. Staff members and family members over the age of 12, have completed a DEL background check and TB test. Staff members as a minimum have the 30 hour basic STARS training, Infant Safe Sleep, CPR and First Aid Certification for infant, Child and Adult, Bloodborne Pathogen training and are regularly monitored in the family childcare licensed area by Washington State Department of Early Learning (DEL) Licensor.
The childcare environment is a safe place for the children to grow, learn and play has passed the Early Achievers Quality Improvement Rating Scale with a score of 3!
Our home is smoke and pet free.
We have over 15 years of experience in child development and Mrs. Hanna has completed her degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as certification through Bates Technical College. We pride ourselves on providing and creating quality care experiences for each little learner that comes to our home.
We provide a pre-school curriculum with a Montessori concept as a foundational base with age appropriate education and play tailored to each individual child.
